What is the common order process?
1, you should send INQUIRY to us by email, fax, telephone, MSN or online message, including the type of stone, size, surface finish, drawing etc.
2, our sales will give you QUOTATION within 24 hours when we receive your inquiry.
3, DISCUSSTION about the price, processing, color, quality, delivery time, freight cost, payment, sample etc.
4, we make Performa Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract for your confirmation, you should confirm the PI or contract, then arrange deposit or open the L/C, we’ll start production when we receive the deposit or L/C.
5, SHIP all of products, fax the B/L to client, then client should pay the balance, or present all of documents with L/C to the bank.
6 Send all of original documents to clients or make the telegraphic release after we receive the balance of payment.
Could I get a stone sample?
Yes, just specify your requirement. We usually supply 10 x 10 x 1 cm (4″ x 4″ x 3/8″) or 15 x 15 x 1 cm (6″ x 6″ x 3/8″) stone samples, they are available free of charge ex-factory, but the courier cost are collected except for some long-term partners. We also provide beautiful brochures to aid you in selling more products.
NOTE: FULL size tiles are also available but these add considerably to the weight therefore please remember the extra weight charge to be included.
We have two payment methods for sending samples.
1. Courier: Your courier account number is requested. Please ensure that it allows for incoming charges.
2. If you do not have a courier account, payment can be made by Western Union or T/T. We would then pre-pay for your sample’s freight to the courier company.
NOTE: Some courier companies will allow us to send “Freight Collect”, however this is not guaranteed.

What is your payment term?
Our standard payment term could be T/T (30% in deposit, balance on the receipt of copy of B/L) or irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
How much stone could be loaded per 20′ container?
At Xiamen Port in China, we could load the maximum gross weight of 27 tons into one 20′container. One 20′ container‘s weight should depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of stone colors ranges from 2600 to 3000KGS per cubic meter. The marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter. The granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates. Therefore, for America, the quantity per 20′ container load is as follows.
3/8″ thickness: 6459sq.ft.
3/4″ thickness: 3229sq.ft
1 1/4″ thickness: 2153sq.ft.
1 1/2″ thickness: 1615sq.ft.
2″ thickness: 1292sq.ft.
For most of the European countries and Middle East, the quantity per 20′container load is as follows.
